I would not recommend Dr Wilding if you are looking for someone compassionate as a physician. A physician should care about your mental health as well as physical and make sure you get the help you need. He was very dismissive of my husband's mental health during a very hard emotional time and told him to get over it, he was too old to be struggling mentally. Been going to Dr. Wilding for the past 15 years. Good doctor. If you want someone to coddle you and tell you that you aren’t fat when you’re 100 lbs overweight, then you’ve picked the wrong guy. Dr. Wilding calls it like it is and I respect that in a doctor. He’s not a pill first guy. He really wants you to try to lose weight or help yourself before he gives you pills. It’s called personal accountability. Would give him 5 stars but he wears horrible shoes.
