HORRIBLE customer service, they keep you on hold for ridiculous amount of times, do not verify information before refusing to assist you. I had a referral that expires on 6/2026 and she tells me it as to be done again without even letting me finish speaking. When I told her it expires in 2026, she put me on hold for another 30 minutes. This is not the first time I call. They obviously do not care about their patients and no one is supervising. INCREDIBLE RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL.Left waiting for 45 minutes and told I was never checked in even though gave my information at front desk etc. . Ultrasound tech told me how my ultrasound appeared and then said the sonographer will review. Received the report and sonographer stated nothing found. Completely contradicts what technician (Desiree said) Spoke with my Doctor Who ordered the Test explained what happened. At the beginning the girls were very nice and friendly, can’t complain about that! Between all my visits there those girls were incredibly kind. In other hand, this lady GLORIA that called me to let me know that my procedure was canceled was exaggerating RUDE and so UNPROFESSIONAL!! Just in the way how she told the things was out of this world. I was already stressed out and her way to talk to me got me even worst. This place isn’t bad at all it is just some people that work there has this place in bad reputation!!
I never write reviews but seriously avoid this place. Staf talk down on you and always have attitudes. Got a follow up call and the girl was the worse customer service i ever had. She was more than rude. Please avoid this place.
I called to book an appointment and they tell me my doctor no longer works there. I was told a letter should’ve been sent out and never received one. Very unprofessional and if you can find a different doctors office do it. This is not worth all the stress. Avoid this place by all means!
