First I will say I love my doctor, Van Millin is awesome. He listens and if he can't figure out what the problem is he will send you to someone who can. What I hate is the answering machine, you can never get anyone to actually pick up a phone. You leave a message, but no one returns your call. I have in the past had issues with the ladies up front who have an attitude and can be very rude. Before my dad died he was in very bad shape with Parkinson's Disease and early onset dementia. Excellent
Have not had the best experiences with them. Have to go to the ER for strep because they can't get you in for days. Don't get referrals in when they say they will, their Internet isn't the best so they have issues getting prescriptions sent in, etc. Main doctor can be pretty condescending. Going to be looking for a new provider.
