Does this company bother to respond? Have yet to even hear from anyone & I filled out the form online weeks ago…
I’m so disappointed with this organization, I had the representative tell me they would help me, then told me I declined my own application. Which I never had an opportunity to fill out. The representative took my information and said I was approved, to call back the following week to follow up. I’m so disappointed, and it was very unprofessional how she handled it. I should have known when she sent an automated email stating she would be out sick til next week. I’m going to talk to someone about them. Channel six news

Leaving a detailed message and this office/dept will ignore and never return. I have left 3 messages with key information to return my call and still nothing. Walked in signed the roster and waiting 36 minutes until the other mediating party arrived before being acknowledged. Notes from the mediator were promised...yet again, nothing received from over 3 weeks ago. Certainly there is some accountability for this dept to improve to care for the needs of the people.
