I will never reccomend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. I forgot to write this review but when I was 19 weeks 5 days I went to the hospital they stated my cervix was open and I was going to lose my baby. L&d wouldnt help due to not being 20 weeks. Next day went to my OB he couldn't tell with his ultrasound and told me to go straight to this doctor he was friends with he even called him right in front of me told him the situation they both agreed do not stop anywhere go straight to the office. The girls running the office are so helpful and nice as well as the ultrasound techs!! Dr. Fortson is super informative and very patient with answering questions and going through everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend coming here I had an amazing experience.
Dr. Fortson is a great doctor, but there was a phone call that he made to my wife that was very accusatory and demeaning, because of her rating of his office. If you have worked in any professional setting then you would understand that his staff is an extension of him. This is unprofessional. His front staff has been courteous but his sonographers have been hit and miss. My wife's last couple of visits(which I have been present for) have been sub par. If I could give 0 stars for reception staff i would. I had showed up to my appointment a few minutes early and due to holidays my children were present I had someone to sit with them while in the lobby the reception opened the window already irritated and said I won’t check you in if your kids are in the building very rude even after I had told her they wouldn’t be going back with me she said they needed to be completely out of the building or I would not be seen mind I drove 45 minutes from another town to make my appointme... read more
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received. As an out-of-town patient, I was not informed of the policy that prohibits individuals from waiting in the waiting room. This was particularly challenging as I had my two teenage daughters with me. Despite arriving early enough to accommodate my scan and arranging for their pickup from 40 minutes away, I was informed that I could no longer be seen and would need to reschedule.
