Dr. Fortson is a great doctor, but there was a phone call that he made to my wife that was very accusatory and demeaning, because of her rating of his office. If you have worked in any professional setting then you would understand that his staff is an extension of him. This is unprofessional. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received. As an out-of-town patient, I was not informed of the policy that prohibits individuals from waiting in the waiting room. This was particularly challenging as I had my two teenage daughters with me. All the staff was extremely helpful and nice, i had a great experience at my appointment.
My last two appointments have been great. The wait time is short and the staff is very helpful and kind. Everyone we’ve encountered has been helpful in answering whatever questions we have. My appointments have been timely and I enjoy having the patient portal to access all results.
