I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received. As an out-of-town patient, I was not informed of the policy that prohibits individuals from waiting in the waiting room. This was particularly challenging as I had my two teenage daughters with me. All the staff was extremely helpful and nice, i had a great experience at my appointment.
My last two appointments have been great. The wait time is short and the staff is very helpful and kind. Everyone we’ve encountered has been helpful in answering whatever questions we have. My appointments have been timely and I enjoy having the patient portal to access all results.
Their scheduling is horrible. Twice I have been called with less than a days notice saying they have to reschedule. Even after being called the business day before to CONFIRM my appointment. Sounds like they don’t have enough staff. People have to request time off from work to make it to these appointments, this has been such a frustrating experience from the start with them.
Was told to arrive at 1:15 sharp. Showed up 10 minutes early and was not seen for over an hour. Some people have other commitments in life (children, work, errands). Please for the love of god find another place that doesn’t waste your time.
