I am leaving this one-star review as a community member of over 10 years who is extremely disappointed with the lack of service and accountability we have experienced. Our issue has gone unresolved for nearly three weeks despite multiple attempts to have it addressed. The response we received and the excuse provided were completely unacceptable. I wanted to take a minute to give a shoutout to the Dominion Valley HOA team. Over the past month and a half, I’ve been in the office several times asking questions about roofing projects, roof replacements, approved colors, compliance, and making sure the work we’re doing in the community lines up with HOA guidelines.
