Diana Anez Pinto, building manager at the Royalton in Alexandria, just saved me a massive headache and lots of potential damage. She noticed a water leak from my water heater tank located on my balcony and immediately contacted my tenant who was out of town. Thanks to Diana's quick thinking and resourcefulness she received permission to access the unit, shut the water and helped to contact a certified plumber to fix the problem. I'm grateful and impressed by her professionalism. Thank you!
