You can't even walk into the building without an appointment. You can't make an appointment by calling the number provided. It tells you to consult their website for information on your legal issue. Their online "application" for assistance just asks what your issue is and then offers links to provide general information. They're not legally representing or even SPEAKING to anyone.
Called over 10 times and I see why they don't respond. I went to the office at 2pm on a Monday and no one is even there. Lights are off.
Spoke with Kayla, she was amazing! I was nervous and trying to avoid making this call for a while now but she made it so simple, clear and easy for me to understand what I needed to do to move forward. Thank you for being so kind and understanding as well! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for legal help in the community, they will point you in the right direction.
Spoke to an agent today over the phone I was approved for help after a few questions over the phone. The lady spoke to was very helpful and provide a lot of information and and answer and questions I had. You tell how experienced she was in her job and took her time and didn’t rush any of the questions. I’m so happy with how everything went
