I contacted this organization to get help with a very serious family law matter. I set up an appointment and never got a call. I then set up another appointment and still never got a call. Never received any type of apology or reason as to why no one ever contacted me. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I don’t recommend that Veterans use this service.
I have had the privilege of working with both Mrs. Regina Njogu and Mrs. Ivy Frankincense, and I can say with certainty that it has been nothing short of a blessing. They have been wonderful and knowledgeable members of the CLS Family, and it is rare to come across attorneys who dedicate their time and effort so passionately to fighting for a just cause. Never do they ever answer the phone!
This agency is very unprofessional and unorganized. I was working with an attorney by the name of Lekwon Imoke. She was new to Maryland and did not know all of Maryland laws in order to assist me with my Protective Order case. The communication from her and those who were assisting her with my case (since she was new to Maryland) was terrible.
