Was scared. Shared sensitive info about experiencing violence and abuse for many years. Was told to wait for a call on a date and time. No one called on that date or time. If I was calling for the first time I'd ask how my info is handled and if sharing names is necessary at the intake stage (I wouldn't give names). I'd also request that my appointment time and date be sent to me via email. I called back twice and received no follow up to amend the issue. Would avoid / do not recommend.
They were able to help send some important papers off and have lots of info pamphlets to helping with rent problems when you need help with shady landlords
