They were able to help send some important papers off and have lots of info pamphlets to helping with rent problems when you need help with shady landlords
They couldn’t even take my case and wouldn’t help me with my citizenship to get or to apply for one. If there was a choice not to give them a star its would be none
Sent a referral for 2 clients to access services here. The firm and social work division accepted them both and agreed to represent. However, they failed to do anything for them and left both individuals (with completely unrelated cases or situations) abandoned, neglected, dismissed. 3 people we support were heavily affected by CLASSIC failing to follow-through on their promises. Is there an authority that regulates firm businesses? Because they're nonprofit it can't be reported to commerce authorities. This place takes advantage of victims in poverty who have no other place to go for help. They either need more money to get better staff (overall in all departments) or they need less so we can create a better business firm that follows competent professional respectful conduct. I am extremely disappointed with my phone call I had just made. The receptionist who answer would not give me the time of day, phone call lasted maybe 3 minutes. My situation is unique. I have a current parenting agreement in place as my son was in Saskatchewan and my son’s father moved provinces without proper consent and I live in Edmonton.
