Terrible. Doesn't respond for weeks or months at a time. Insulting, condescending, rude. She may as well be on the other side because she doesn't defend me. She doesn't even listen to me. I initially had a positive outlook about things after our first meeting, because she made a great first impression. Apparently, that was only a facade. I am so very disappointed.
