I have been working with Kay and the staff for approximately 20 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and has been able to handle any issue that comes up. I appreciate how she or one of the staff is always at every closing.
Would give it less stars if I could.. I don't even know where to begin. We HAD to use them bc they are the company the sellers chose, but thankfully will never do business with them again. The communication is horrible, they never answer the phone when you are seeking assistance. We had to email them every time during our closing process to let them know we were trying to contact them which made the process more stressful. Ridiculous fees. Judy was not friendly, actually rude a couple times. Closing on a house should be an exciting time, right? Not at this place.
