Before moving out of Arizona, I went here and had the best counseling, psychiatrist and case manager ever. I've been in Ohio for a year and will say the mental health care I received from Arizona was the best. If I could leave Ohio for Arizona I would. Thank you for the care you have given me.
I experienced racism, and bullying. I filed a complaint w/ the BBB and their home office in Yuma. 5 were fired, but this place still has problems.
