The apartments are certainly decent, but CHW needs to quit raising the rents so high that they are not longer affordable for those of us living on Social Security. It won't be long before CHW is contributing to the Senior homeless situation with rents this high.
I've worked with many people at CWH. We have been able to make many people's dreams of homeownership come true.
