Amorphous organization that supposedly is assisting the poor, disabled and elderly as proclaimed on their rosy fundraising pages. As a previous tenant of one of their properties in Phoenix, Arizona, the truth is far more dismal. Horrible experience that I will be sharing with my State representatives. Donations to CHP don't trickle down to the intended clients, by my experience. The poor are exploited to raise funds only.
