A lot of funders need to reevaluate what programs they provide assistance to. The Directors make an extensive amount in salary and they have PREFERENCES on who they help, limiting resources for who they feel is in need. I don't think a lot of these services really help those in need.
I'm a low income Senior living in income based housing in Waterford. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful for being under a roof, but lately things have been nerve wrecking. This project is run by younger generations who don't show consideration for the elderly. I want to spend my last years in peace without management being a nuisance about fluctuating payments, and asserting rights.
