Honestly appreciate every bit of help I've recieved from these guys they really made me happy by helping me secure my house.
The Bairnsdale intake team are amazing, they have done so much for my family and I, I wasn't even homeless for 24 hours thanks to these guys.
I am getting sick of double standards. When I signed my paperwork in Sale, I was told strictly no cars were to be worked on yet my neighbour has had a car sitting in driveway completely smashed up and of an inconvenience as her partners family find it ok to park in my driveway or just plain blocking the footpath. Also I requested maintenance on air con 12 months ago and still nothing even after making a 2nd request. To scared now to call about my toilet leaking.
Tried to call Bairnsdale office 3 times, pressed a different option 3, 2 then 1 for each call. Only got music, no answer or even a message to say anyone would even be answering ever. Very annoying and not at all efficient.
