Absolutely awful, they're horrible. Not understanding about anything at all. Got a disability? Good luck youre out on the street. They'll also use your disabilities against you.
I phone community housing on the 27/08/2025 The reason why is because Wyre forest district council told me community housing has took me off their records without any explanation So with that information from the council I contacted community housing to speak to Lisa who's in charge of the homeless the secretary told me that she will send a message and somebody will get back to me still from that date nobody has responded with myself to give me an explanation That is what I call bad business
As a tenant of many years I can say the organisation and treatment of tenants is up there with slum landlords ! Every repair you have to fight for . Communication is a joke ! And frankly the estate is like living in a skip . I feel sorry for the customer assistance ladies who have to field the calls and the repair staff who are expected to bodge up repairs on a failing infrastructure. Meanwhile tenants live in damp ,mouldy properties and wait for workmen who dont turn up or cancel last minute
I have complained repeatedly over the past couple of months about new neighbours leaving sofas on the front lawn, then parking bicycles in the inside hallway and now we have a dirty great big trolley parked on its side in the little alcove where some electric boxes are located. At no point has anyone contacted me to speak about the problems.
