I have complained repeatedly over the past couple of months about new neighbours leaving sofas on the front lawn, then parking bicycles in the inside hallway and now we have a dirty great big trolley parked on its side in the little alcove where some electric boxes are located. At no point has anyone contacted me to speak about the problems.
Phoned November about extractor fan it's now April and still nothing has been done about it. Chased it up at least 6 times. It's either there systems crashed or it's with so and so 🤷 phoned today to see what my rent increase is and guess what.. system crashed again
I live in a over 50 complex that a intercom system that is broken I my self have to take the the lock off the door in a morning for the post & delivery can be made and I put it back on at night so we are safe I should not be doing that it's not my job it's a joke iv chased it for 3 weeks now I keep phoning they have no duties of care at all were they should I even pay for this service joke
I always have been very well looked after by the community housing. Whenever I have an issue they promptly send someone to sort it. Everyone are always so helpful, polite, kind and very professional. Thank you each one of you at the community housing for your kindness and support at all times.
