This place is great! I don’t leave reviews a lot but when I do it’s for a reason. John is GREAT! Seriously. He’s so personable, he remembers you and he actually cares to see you succeed! There’s been times I couldn’t wait to get to therapy to show him what I’m able to do now. The front staff is also wonderful! I believe her name is Anastasia? Sorry if I’m wrong, but she is so sweet and always accommodating! I am happy to be recovering here!
Came in for a drug test at 3:34, and was told that this facility stops taking walk-ins at 3:30. The paper from bcrc says that they are open until 4:00
HUGE shout out about my experience so far. I called 5 other PT facilities looking for possible late appointments for my mom. 2 of the 5 had terrible receptionists answering the phone and were NO help at all. The other 2 were helpful...but...DENISE at this facility was not only helpful, understanding and sympathetic but went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my mom scheduled out for all of her appointments in time slots she needed! She walked us through step by step as to what needed to be done and was able to get us completly set up, ... read more

Therapist where great, only issue the building is super hot. I almost passed out. They need to fix the air Bc many have medical issues and heat worsens it.
