Giving 2 stars because the staff is actually really nice. Unfortunately, nice doesn't mean educated. After 2 mris I had to tell them they keep writing that I have things intact that were literally removed from my body. What else are they missing if they are including missing parts as intact?! My 3rd mri was documented properly but likely only because I told them. It's unfortunate to pay thousands in medical and repeat procedures due to lack of attention to detail or possibly knowledge.
Overall my family had a good experience here. It started off rough because our appointment was on a very windy Saturday and the hospital doors were locked. The ER staff let us know we needed to go to the Doctor's Building in front of the hospital instead. We were nervous because we had to get our mother scanned for possible dementia and didn't want her to back out. Once in the right place things went well. The people are great who do the Imaging. However the office does not communicate well about your payments. They told me what my co-pay was and I paid it before I even got my MRI. They didn't tell me there would be a separate bill and co-pay to a different company to read my MRI. I received a bill from a place in Dallas and just disregarded it because I had paid everything I was told. Then I got another bill that is now past due. Great place and environment to get your imaging needs very friendly and they will answer all the questions you have for them
Absolutely love this place. I've had several surgeries here and many procedures and the people who work here are amazing!!!
