I had a partial shoulder replacement in Apr 2015. I have had 5 other surgeries each in a different hospital. I was treated as if I was in a 5 star hotel. The doctors along with the staff were very courteous and attentive to my needs. I never once felt as if I was just a number, nor a burden as in a couple other hospitals I have been too. I find this hospital to be one of the best I've been through in the last 20 years after having three accidents really killed me because people were texting and not paying attention to the driving I've had to use many hospitals from large to small paperwork it is horrendous no matter what hospital you go to I find out what my mom said about me about paperwork is ludicrous just tell him you don't want to take it home with you because the same wherever you go no matter what you are in for outpatient or inpatient they all have t... read more

This was the worst hospital experience by far. The staff cared more about insurance information and getting the forms signed than helping the patient. I was expecting better from a small hospital, but was only disappointed.
