Tallassee Emergency Room's medical receptionist is unprofessional. Medical receptionist are the first person you see upon entery. Receptionist should be kind and eager to assist patients. A review needs to be conducted to expose treatment of patients. Patients shouldn't have to deal with unacceptable behavior.
Worst care I've ever received. I will never come back to this hospital.
