I was a patient with them and they were wonderful up till today. Out of blue today after needing then due to extreme break through pain I was told I was no longer terminal. Then followed by a text saying I would get no meds to hold me over till I got an appointment knowing it could take days if not weeks. And no palliative is offered to me. I don't understand how my nurse who became close to me, was so robotic letting me go and sending me a robotic text.

My mother has end stage COPD ,she lives with my deceased brother wive . I traveled to be by her side as she wished.i watching her suffering with her breathing,she was guppy breathing ,cold to touch ,non responsive,Jill from hospice said she was on antibiotics when she visited her the next day !!!!! I repeatedly asked my brother wife to call hospice.Jill ,from hospice told me she was on antibiotics as I tried to tell her my concerns for my mom’s living arrangements.Jill dismissed my concerns .steroid were finally ordered as s... read more

Thank you to all that supported our family the last year and a half. The staff, nurses and CNAs are the absolute best. No problem was ever too small for Community to address timely and with genuine concern. A special thank you to Jill, David, Stacy and Vonda. We could not have gone on this journey without you.

If I could give a negative star I would. Horrible experience from incompetent social workers to the fact they billed my sister $87 per day..for what? The convenience of having a phone number to call. For a non profit Hospice, this place is a rip off. When I needed respite care, they stuck my 37 year old sister in a dump of a nursing home and billed her $600 for her meds because they ordered them even though I sent her meds with her.
