Chronic lying women in the management part of service department. Don’t do any verbal communication, strictly email. They’ll lie over the phone and after servicing your vehicle come up with all these fees that weren’t disclosed over the phone. Better to communicate in writing with Liars to top it off they can’t even reset the oil life after doing a fresh oil change.
