Chronic lying women in the management part of service department. Don’t do any verbal communication, strictly email. They’ll lie over the phone and after servicing your vehicle come up with all these fees that weren’t disclosed over the phone. Better to communicate in writing with Liars to top it off they can’t even reset the oil life after doing a fresh oil change. Had transmission service and splash sheild replaced. They were fast, super friendly and did absolutely amazing. They looked over my car and let me know the next services I needed done and even put the quote in the invoice for the service I had done today! Thank you so much!!! Was much cheaper than I thought it would be 😆 y'all are amazing. They even parked the car where I can open my door fully for my rollator. They really work with you here and are patient with me! Thank you again!!!!
