Community is the best home care agency in New York. They really care about their patients. Nice staff. Really great company. Highly recommend for home care needs.
I do not recommend this company—especially to those considering employment. As a former employee, I tried to resolve serious issues privately and respectfully. Despite repeated attempts to communicate and settle things fairly, the company showed little to no effort to mediate. The offer made was not only inadequate—it was deeply insulting. My time was wasted, and my good faith efforts were dismissed. I have enjoyed working for this agency. the staff and the nurses are knowledgeable.
I have been working for Community Home Care for over a year as a field nurse. The staff is so caring and compassionate. We really work as a team and support one another. Phone calls and emails are returned in a timely manner. I am so grateful to be working with such lovely people.
