I cannot recommend Gentiva Hospice of Lillington highly enough. During one of the most painful times in our family’s life, their team stepped in with a level of compassion, dignity, and grace that we didn't imagine. They treated my step mom with respect and made sure she was completely comfortable throughtout its entirety. Prudence is an exceptional CNA at GENTIVA with many years of experience, and it truly shows in the care she provides. She genuinely loves what she does, and that compassion shines through in every interaction. Prudence is kind, patient, dependable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure her patients feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for. I called today to get some general information as I look ahead toward the uncertain future and plan for the healthcare needs of my wife. I was so fortunate to connect with Ms. Linda. She was patient, understanding and compassionate. Gentiva is fortunate to have Ms. Linda on staff.

From knowing some of the crew from Gentiva when they walk into nursing facility, they are always friendly and caring! Especially Kita! She goes all out to accommodate us and ask do we need anything. Plus bring cupcakes for resident and breakfast for staff and hydration station.. she always come in with smile!!!
