Just last week had an extended family member with a sudden need of home health care, and within minutes of making contact, Denise the director and nurse on call Libby had called back to make contact and a plan of care including ETA. Within 3 hours of initial contact, he was admitted and cared for...and all on a Saturday afternoon! This is not our first encounter; we were just as well cared the previous time as well!
