I hired this service last minute to take care of my grandmother on the weekends. Over the past 4 weekends they have only come 4 days. The first aid they sent us was always late, required assistance to change my grandmother, stared at her and made her uncomfortable, and embarrassed her by talking about her bowels loudly in front of her and while there was family in the house within ear shot.
