Our company paint for them multiple house in South West Michigan, all we get instead of payments lies and promises from project manager "Bodie Mills" and company owner "Jeremy" We have couple liens on them property's just please double check before You make Your decision. P.S and looking back in them ONE start reviews I wondering way they still in the business or not in the jail ?
This was about to be my first home with my wife and I. But then that all got derailed because the owner couldn't holdup his end of the deal. Gave 12k to break ground and then we find out he owes over 2 million to people. They immediately closed their doors and you can't reach them. Even the workers checks bounced
Jeremy and his wife didn’t pay me, both blocked my number and I had to beg and beg to get my 1099 from them!
They are WAY beyond schedule and will not return phone calls, emails, etc. Their communication has been terrible from the beginning. Jeremy Chittick has blatantly lied to us on multiple occasions. Signing the contract with CHB is the biggest mistake of my entire life. The photo shows how much progress they've made in the 14 months since we signed the contract. Even worse: it has been sitting like this for a month now. Avoid this company at all costs.
