Terrible experience. Address on referral was the old address. Sent me MULTIPLE text messages days before appointment to fill out paperwork with my personal and medical history. Turns out, after all that, they don't even use that info. So I was at my appointment where I had to somehow remember not just my medications, but actual dosage amounts. After filling out all the paperwork I had already done online, wait an hour to see a nurse. Another 15 minutes someone comes to take blood at a place known for: taking blood. She compl... read more
Extremely unprofessional and unreliable billing and office. Very difficult to deal with while already managing health issues. Horrible customer service.
Had to wait one hour an a half ridiculous. Don't set an appointment if you cannot make it. I understand a little wait but this was just wrong
