AC was blowing hot air. I called Robert and he asked me to text Kathy to see if they could squeeze me in the next day. Kathy texted me 5 minutes later with a time window for the following day. She then notified me the day of 15 minutes before Robert's arrival. He was professional and friendly as usual. He had a good idea of the problem and was able to get the unit fixed within an hour. So glad our neighbors recommended Community Heating & Air to us. Thank you Kathy & Robert.
I have used Community since we moved into our current place in 2005. Robert has always come to the rescue when any issue comes up with one of the three units we have. He is extremely knowledgeable, one of the most honest and reliable contractors I have ever had the pleasure of employing. Highly recommend them for all of your heat and air requirements.
