Our furnace and ac went down and Kane was able to get over quickly to complete the diagnosis. It was a nice surprise the owner came out for this. Kane was great in the beginning stages taking the time to explain what was going on and answering all questions. He was upfront with pricing and honest about true needs vs things that didn’t necessarily make sense to spend money on. Kane helped us out of a tight spot twice in the last two months as my AC is starting to feel it's age. I don't have a choice but to go through our warranty company, and they make it difficult to reach a good HVAC repair company, but Kane was able get out to me in 10 minutes after having to wait half a month for two other companies that both canceled on me the morning when they were supposed to come out. Always helpful and reliable when it comes to Heating and A/C needs. Have used them for minor issues as well as larger upgrade projects. Recently added dampers and 2nd thermostat to upstairs to help cool 2nd floor better and Kane knocked it outta the park. Very transparent with the issues at hand and offered tips and maintenance suggestions along the way. Will continue to use them for all HVAC moving forward!
