They were great! I called a little after 6pm on Friday about our AC not blowing cold air, thinking at best someone would be out Saturday morning (weekend rate). Kane answered, said he was out and could probably be there in 30 minutes. In less than an hour and a half, the bad part was replaced (common type he had in his truck) and cold air was blowing! Kane was great to work with when our AC went out. Gave us good advice and responded timely to get it back up and running in the hot summer. Appreciate it very much.
