I am incredibly happy with Dr. Oldfield and all the staff here. I am a first time hearing aid wearer, so I didn't know much about the process. On top of that, my insurance coverage was a little confusing. I couldn't believe it when I showed up for my appointment and Dr. Oldfield literally picked up the phone herself, in front of me, and called my insurance to sort out what sort of coverage I had. Went in and had dr oldfield and I am so beyond pleased with my hearing aids. She was so nice and helpful I loved it. I’ll fersure be recommending to those I know who are in need of a new place for their hearing aids and hearing problems
Great company. Be sure to ask about the risks of using the aids with Bluetooth. I made the decision to respect my privacy and I recommend you do the same. This isn’t an Alexa it’s on your head. Boy am I glad I had that conversation.
