I had a great experience with Steven Malawer at Community Hearing Services. He was able to get me in the same day, took his time with me, and made sure I did not leave confused about anything. He carefully explained my hearing aids, adjusted them, showed me the different programs, and walked me through the app step by step. I had scheduled an appointment for hearing aids. Was made by my insurance. A miscommunication occurred and I suppose to reschedule my appointment. BUT !!!! a patient no shows to his/her appointment and Mr. Steven Malawer offers to spend the time for me. Wasn't enough time for all I need but I really appreciated that I got to be treated with humanity and respect. I rescheduled the appointment and recommended the place and in particular Mr. Steven Malawer to everybody who need a good care for their ears. Thank you, Ofelia Banu

Dr. Steve was very helpful and professional he explained everything to us and helped my husband make the best decision. Have been wearing hearing aids for over 15 years and never have I received the customer service that Audiologist Steven Malawer has provided me with. The professionalism that he provided me with is priceless. It’s not often in the 21st Century that you can receive the customer care that I was given at Community Hearing.
