Very bad experience. Was “lured” in with the understanding of certain financing terms and price promises. When the “sales person” with 20 years experience threw his pitch he changed all the information stating the people in the call center are extremely under qualified. He changed his story when I started asking about some discrepancies I noticed, caught him trying to vomit insurance fraud, then followed us into the parking lot exclaiming how he was nothing but nice and he didn’t deserve to be treated so rudely. Really liked Cole and the service I received today.
I received a yearly reminder to schedule my free hearing screening. It has been one year from my last appointment. It said to call within the next 30 days looking forward to seeing me so I scheduled my appointment for July 29th at 3:30. When I arrived they made me fill at papers and I waited to be called to be told that I would have to pay $150.00 for my appointment they made a mistake. I will never step foot in that office again.
