Jennifer did a follow up visit with me to make sure I was happy with my aids. Very compassionate person. I’m having an upcoming surgery and she asked if I would tell her how it goes. Very nice
Dont go by the times listed that they are open. Stopped to get my hearing aids cleaned. Door said open Mon-Wed 9:00-4:30. We stopped Wed, 2:30. Door was locked so I called the posted number. She said they have to cover another office and they were in Fishers. Then why dont they put a sign on the door. When Robert Mathes and his wife were there, things were fine. I miss them in Avon.
I was very impressed with all the education. Very knowledgeable and to our level. Very patient with my husband with his Parkinson’s. She had a different way to test him because of his trigger finger. I feel comfortable that they will be around for awhile and if we would move out of town.
