Rude front office staff. Treated very poorly and like an inconvenience every time I call or have stopped in to get something. Hung up on me without saying anything on multiple occasions. They do not care about the patients unless you owe money then she is calling on your head about that. One star goes to nurses and doctors as they are always kind and respectful. As for the ladies at front desks, need replaced with friendly, helpful people. I should not feel bad about calling my doctor's office.
I’ve tried on four different occasions to make an appointment at the clinic. Once last fall of 2020, once this June 2021 and twice this fall- in August and September. I was able to get an appointment ONE time, in June, when I spoke with Denise. The other three times I’ve had to speak with Anita and I couldn’t get in.
