I was in the occupational health location in Valporaiso and had my worst doctor visit ever! The N.A. who I took my information was extremely rude she reminded me of Nurse Ratched from “One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest” ! She was extremely rude and the staff was completely disorganized!
