Long year I used to go that center.Last 2 years I am not happy with this center anymore. So hard to get appointments and only nurse practitioner works there. Especially Isadora Kagan nurse practitioner seen me short time in person visit and gave me hardtime do some blood work , having refferal from her. I have been a patient of Community Health care for over 4 yrs, my doctor is in the South Bronx clinic office but I live near the one 157th which is this facility. They treat you with respect, wait time is not long, the only Thing I don’t like is that they have nurse and social worker giving consult, they are allowed I know, but I prefer a more prepare professional, because I am poor it doesn’t mean I don’t have importance, therefore I will find another place.
My first visit was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and professional, from the front office, medical assistants, and providers. I had my first pap done here and Dr. Kim made it so comfortable. It didn’t hurt at all. Also got my labs drawn here at the same time so it’s lovely. I had issues with my meds and they fix it by the end of the day. I’d definitely come here again.
