This place is horrible I had a very very important appointment today and because I arrived a few minutes late the doctor Libby Brubaker denied to see me that is very unprofessional and she shouldn’t be a doctor especially that she doesn’t care about her patients
I really like this clinic. The staff is nice and the appointments usually go very smooth. The people is very friendly. Dr. Connor is very detailed oriented and friendly.
I went to this facility for a dental exam. The x-rays showed a decaying tooth. I made numerous visits to see Dr. Tam and each time she never scheduled the tooth filling. She just kept taking x-rays and telling me to come back. There were times that my appointment was canceled without advance notice. Everytime I went to this office, Dr. Tam kept postponing treatment for my decaying tooth. I went to this office with the same issue at least 5 times and the tooth continued to decay.
