Reception and intake is a nightmare but the people who do some actual work are great (medical professionals). Reception is like a forgetful person who is also clueless. Be nice to the clueless forgetful person and kindly and smoothly Remind them that they have a job because they will forget about you and your forms you filled out. They have a lab for all kind of tests. They're really very decent besides the fact you have to spoonfeed the office like a lil baby.
The issue was fixed but I feel I was put through too much and treated worse than other people. Why would they have such good reviews while my experience was so bad even though I did as they asked? Even though it was fixed I still feel upset that I have to call 10 times before anything happens on top of waiting a month. Love the staff and DRs at the Urbana location.
After visiting different physicians, Dr. Church has been my preferred choice. Every visit, I feel like I have her undivided attention. She is supportive, professional and intelligent.
