After visiting different physicians, Dr. Church has been my preferred choice. Every visit, I feel like I have her undivided attention. She is supportive, professional and intelligent.
I had my new patient appointment today and I'm extremely impressed! Dr.Church, Nicole and Danielle were all fantastic! The young lady at the front desk was lovely as well, unfortunately I didn't catch her name. They were personable, friendly, professional, competent and efficient. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I'm counting Urbana Community Health as one of my blessings. Thank you ladies for being so awesome!

I have spent years finding a doctor that cares and takes the time to get to the bottom of your illness. I have been to doctor after doctor, medical bills stacking up, and consistently having to ask for tests just to be given quick dismissals. The breath of hope I breathed today when visiting this doctor was so exciting. She genuinely took the time to listen and take action. She is easy to communicate with and the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this office.
