Great optometry department
This place deserves no stars!!!! Over my course of trying to see a doctor over time, I have scheduled an appointment with this clinic, and I can see one mistake, but over time it’s been several mistakes and very unapologetic. The day of one appointment I never received a call to remind me because they had one digit of my phone number incorrect. This place is strange. I brought my son in to the optometrist because he broke his glasses. When I got there they told me he needed an exam so they rescheduled us, 8 days later we came back. Mind you, I have a messed up knee. I was 10 minutes late and the receptionist for women’s health and optometry, (a Mexican lady) told us they wouldn’t see us. She was rude as hell. I was pissed. Seems to me they are more concerned about getting paid than actually helping patients. Unnecessary appointments, over the phone appointments for results only cost over $160.00.
I need to speak on the chemo therapy team . I went through my cancer journey at this hospital. And I pray God bless every single one of these people.vwty encouraging and dedicated.
