This place deserves no stars!!!! Over my course of trying to see a doctor over time, I have scheduled an appointment with this clinic, and I can see one mistake, but over time it’s been several mistakes and very unapologetic. The day of one appointment I never received a call to remind me because they had one digit of my phone number incorrect. This place is strange. I brought my son in to the optometrist because he broke his glasses. When I got there they told me he needed an exam so they rescheduled us, 8 days later we came back. Mind you, I have a messed up knee. I was 10 minutes late and the receptionist for women’s health and optometry, (a Mexican lady) told us they wouldn’t see us. She was rude as hell. I was pissed. Seems to me they are more concerned about getting paid than actually helping patients. Unnecessary appointments, over the phone appointments for results only cost over $160.00.

I need to speak on the chemo therapy team . I went through my cancer journey at this hospital. And I pray God bless every single one of these people.vwty encouraging and dedicated. Very unprofessional service. Prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. I asked specifically for a physical prescription note and was told it would be sent over electronically and would be ready in 30 minutes. Waited for six hours only to be told by the pharmacy nothing had happened ever been sent. When I called to inquiry about the prescription I was told someone would call me back the next day which is completely unacceptable.
