I'm a new patient to this clinic, I had a positive experience. All of the staff members are attentive, and my provider Rudie was really amazing also Dr.Maynard the clinic manager is amazing.
The doctors are really good but if you assist someone with mental disabilities, they won't let you in to assist the patient with this Covid going on. They say it's policy, but Doctors West hospital let's me go in with him. They could care less. Ridiculous.
I booked an appointment for my 11year old daughter but when we show up front desk refused to let us in and told me they don’t see patients her age I was told different the day I called. Also claimed all appointments were canceled but I received no call.Receptionist were very rude and unprofessional.
