2 Handicap parking on the south side of the building i used with crutches, so it wasn't bad the curb is lower to the ground but may provide some trouble for wheeled chairs. I was getting only wound care there, and the staff i dealt with is kind and professional. They let me know about all the services they provide, which is many. All in all, it was a very experience.
Lack of handicapped parking both in parkade and street. [Parkade parking has been greatly improved] UPDATE OCTOBER 2024 After closing the East entrance for months to re do street and sidewalk 'improvements' done in 2023 the handicapped parking is worse! Ramp and parking is AWAY from the East Entrance. Unacceptable.
