This was the lousiest clinic I've ever seen in my life, the secretary was so lazy . . . We were there a couple of days before my appointment and she would not take care of the paper work a head of my appointment so they papers would be ready. The day of my appointment we got held up by a train, I know they give you 10 minutes grace period after your appointment but we were only 2 or 3 minutes after that, we were in the parking lot and my wife called ahead and was talking to the lady and the lady said okay I'll tell them and ... read more
Woah I just looked up the address real quick for my husband, and I was shocked to see the poor reviews! I’ve been bringing my kids here for 3 years now I think. Courtney is FANTASTIC with my kids!!! She has great energy, an abundance of patience, also good at distracting when needed and explaining well, and knowing when to do each. I’ve been to a lot of dentist offices. Absolutely hate the drive there and back due to always getting lost, my problem.. but love this place they did so well on my teeth and my 3 children go there and love it as well. Worked very well with all 3 of my children
Refused to remove all of my teeth and made a referral for me to go elsewhere , like to Marion OH , instead of doing services right here in Fostoria . Kept changing doctors , never kept the same one , total incompetence on their part . I deserved better service .
