My father was well cared for, from a kind and dependable staff. Given the opportunity, we would use this facility again.
Therapist are great and work for you to get better. The nurses are very good and professional. The laundry stuff are very nice and they are very fast. They are very helpful if you lose something and even speak in the hallway calling you by name. Last but not least CNA. The CNA work hard even on days that they may don’t feel good. But they are always professional and do what needs to be done to keep healthy. Husband has sit in wheelchair for 5 hours. Pooped his pants in the meantime. No one would help him in bed as he can't walk or stand. He asked and they brush him off. Still sitting in his poop filled diaper. I'm sorry that they can't take a few minutes to help him because they are passing out food trays. I told the nurse on the phone that is unacceptable and she hung up on me.
