I recently got off the telephone with the single worst telephonist I have ever experienced. The problem is this:: I attempted to renew a prescription for tamsulosin. In years past and for several years your pharmacy has always volunteered without my asking to contact the prescription writer to get the prescription renewed. I have always appreciated this. Worst so called pharmacy you could ever deal with. They take forever for the most simple requests. Need a simple med? Will get there in two weeks or so if lucky. Place is fine mostly for stuff you don't need timely...even then, they are so off. Some days stuff will show up out of the blue weeks later that they missed, others ahead of time when not needed. They seem to have zero idea of timelines via illness reality. Do not use if you need meds on a timely way and are sick.
