Receptionist called me on the day of one of my relative's new patient appointments to tell me my appt was canceled because the doctor they were supposed to see had an emergency to resolve and the receptionist didn't even offer to schedule them same-day at this location or another location. Worst of all, my relative had to take PTO off of work to see a doctor and he couldn't even go. Of course, when you use PTO, you can't get it back...
I’ve been going here years and found none of the doctors really care to help you. Really sad place.
This was my 2nd time here in a month. One for my daughter then for myself. They get you right in and right out. Its very clean and staff are very professional.
