Everyone in this clinic was friendly, personable, caring, thorough and professional. So I got a cold and went in for a doctor's note to excuse me for a job. Turns out I had covid. The test alone cost 68$ ( I don't have insurance given I just moved here ) then it took me almost 2 or 3 days to even see a doctor for a note to excuse me for work. I was waitstaff at a job in town and couldn't present myself to customers sneezing and coughing. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. My daughter cut her knee open and needed some stitches. We called and called several times, but no answer. We finally drove in and got here 10 minutes before their website said they closed, the place was locked up with no one there. I really feel for the people who live there and those who need some medical help while visiting.
Being the only medical facility in West Yellowstone this place really needs to allow walk in patients who need urgent care. My son was running temps and throwing up all night and I show up at 8 am. No patient is there yet but neither is a doctor or PA. The admin says they are appointment only and booking out for days. Maybe that's their policy but I am writing this review to highlight the need and it should be fairly simple to implement with existing infrastructure.
