If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I was supposed to have my wisdom tooth extracted over a year ago. I show up to my extraction appointment February 3rd. An hour after I got there I was told that the system was hacked and my x-rays are no longer in the system. They schedule me for an x-ray exam. So March 6th was my exam date. They then tell me my wisdom tooth is curved around my nerve. if it was possible I would give a zero this place sucks all around the board me and my daughter was seen with the lowest grade care ever I was told all my teeth but bottom 4 need removed and it would take them 2 years to do left in pain with nothing went to another dentist in 1 visit I was told ALL my teeth need to removed including 2 adult teeth that never came in surgery is set in 2 weeks and left with the medication I need....my daughter on the other hand is having issues (it's in our genetics) her top teeth are rotten an... read more
I’ve been left on voicemail in four instances now, just for a simple receptionist phone call
apparently their system is down today and I have a dental emergency, I haven’t been able to eat anything but mash potatoes for two months and my appointment is scheduled today and their system is down and they don’t know when it will be back up. but the problem lies where I know they won’t call to reschedule anyone, you always have to go out of your way to be seen and they schedule you months away as if dental issues are not sudden and severe and cause mental health problems if not taken care of.
