I really enjoyed my therapist she helped a lot and her office was a safe space for me
Receive very little value. Very little in what they CAN do, or are allowed to, to help you. Another place where other than the providers, any additional resources or "supports" are largely for the illusion of giving a wide array of help... really, they're just cosmetic, for appearances and likely, to make it easier for them to get larger amounts of funding than they would if they didn't "offer" as much.
Not a good place if u suffer from multiple mental issues they definitely don't work with the patients all they care about is a pay check
