The whole experience was very simple. Easy check-in and check-out. Stacey is very good; she listened to my symptoms, did her assessment, and was able to quickly and accurately make a diagnosis and start putting together a treatment plan. Just one round of exercises with her and my strength improved! Also very impressed with the facility!
Andrew is thorough, compassionate, and patient. He takes time to explain my condition(s) and how treatment(s) are expected to help. He also observes me applying the exercises so he can coach and adjust to correct errors for greatest efficacy.
The therapists are friendly, professional and answer questions thoroughly.
Patricia was very helpful and approachable. She made sure I understood the next steps and explained in detail how this happened. I appreciate her thoroughness. I would recommend her to everyone who needs OT
